The big shock yesterday was Dick Bennett's resignation. We had seen
some comments from him before the Maryland game which were striking. He
certainly wasn't happy with his team. Anyway, he says burnout did him in
basically. Here's

Wisconsin has been an interesting team, to say the least. Criticized almost
to the Final Four last season for having an anemic offense, Wisconsin
nonetheless managed to get the job done on defense. They were at times
startingly good on the defensive end. Bennett will be missed.
