Jeff Sagarin has
his new ratings out, and somewhat surprisingly, he puts Duke first and
Arizona...seventh? Between the two are Michigan State, Cincinnati,
Stanford, Kentucky, and UConn. Maryland is 8th, UNC is 11th, Wake is
32, State is 41, and UVa is 53. The last three seem low to us.
