Tonight Duke plays Villanova and Coach K's 500th Duke victory may come this
evening also. The N&O has a nice article up about Tom
Butter's hiring Coach K. A lot of people won't remember that a lot of Duke
people wanted K fired early in his career and that Butters infuriated them by
giving Krzyzewski a contract extension.
Villanova could be an interesting opponent. Michael Bradley is a
significant addition in the middle after transferring from UK, and he will
give them a lot to work with. The other players are looking good too -
all five starters were in double figures against Fairfield.
