Well, here's a bit of news we missed, last season, and a gut-wrenching bit of
news it is indeed for Dukies with ties to the Bubas years: this
is the one year anniversary of the death of Steve Vacendak's son. His
dad had a career which was largely built on courage and exuberance, and it seems
his son had many of the same qualities. We know a number of people
who know Vacendak, and on behalf of all those people, we want to extend our
deepest sympathies to the Vacendak's on their loss.
