A New Duke Target & The Eddie & DaJuan Show

Mike Sullivan introduces us to a new name, Robert
Swain, from Georgia (we had Tennessee earlier, sorry).
A 6-4 swing player, he says Duke and Auburn lead for
his services.

In another interesting recruiting/high school story legendary powers Roman
Catholic and Camden squared off,
meaning that former UNC target Eddie
Griffin and young sensation DaJuan Wagner had a matchup with drew in all the
hoi-polloi of hoops from recruiting gurus to Billy King, George Karl, and
several curious NBA players.  Tommy Amaker was there, and said he had two
2x4's to discourage NBA piracy. Wagner's team lost, perhaps partly because he is
still recovering from a broken finger.

Here's
Rob Matera, Quotin' Bob's sideman, on the same event.
Jeremy Treatman, who
promoted it, gets a lot of praise in both articles.  A behind-the-scenes
star on the rise? Time will tell!
