In Chapel Hill today, Carolina
fell for the fourth straight game, this time to FSU. Their record is now
11-8, which will knock them out of the Top 25 and puts their NCAA chances in
some danger. The surprising thing isn't that FSU lost, but that you could
have changed the jerseys and could never have told these teams apart. In
fairness to UNC, Ed Cota didn't play and they would have almost certainly won
had he suited up, and Kris Lang apparently got quite sick during the game as
well.
Still, if you didn't know Carolina was playing you'd have had no clue. It
doesn't get easier, either - next two games are with Duke and Maryland.
