Gibbons On In-Homes, General Update

Bob has a piece up about Official Visits - er, "Official Visits" -
which are now underway.  Among other revelations, Chris Duhon is quoted as

All Hail Bob!

saying he wouldn't rule out committing to Duke during his visit (Sept. 24-25),
Wake has Fingleton in on the same weekend Brian Morrison and Tony
Stockman are in.  Gibbons makes the mistake of assuming just because Wake
has one scholarship available they'll only offer one. Ha! The Poop Sheet ran an
article last year or the year before decrying Wake's high transfer rate and
suggesting that Wake is in effect running 1-2 year tryouts. Is it a valid
concern? Well, look at the transfer rates. It's quite high.

The one thing which jumped out at us is that Adam Boone is looking at Miami.
To us, that's a bad fit.  Gibbons is also of the opinion that Duke and UK
will split Duhon and Boone, whichever way it happens to go.

Ok, now after the long wait for Rivalnet's server to load the page, here at
long last are the quotes - and the italicized comments. Somehow, Bob seems to be
morphing technique, going from braces to italics with an almost zen-like
indifference to the actual meaning of what he's trying to get across. What can
we say?  Bob is the master. We await the advent of the blink command with
baited breath.
