Phil's back! After a stay at a rehab clinic and evaluation by ASAP (UNC's
alcohol and substance abuse program), Phil
Ford has been reinstated. As expected Ford will no
longer handle off-campus recruiting (since he can't drive it's basically
impossible); that job will fall to Pat Sullivan. By UNC standards, Ford is
on a short leash, which is made explicit by interim Chancelllor William McCoy,
who said that "Phil understands that we support him, will help him and expect exemplary behavior in the future."
