Over at All Star Report, Bob Gibbons' joint, Rob Matera is reporting that Rolando Howell is
down to two schools, South Carolina and Kentucky.
He has pretty much ruled out Duke, saying he doesn't fit in. Matera seems to think that South Carolina leads.
