Eagle-Eyed Reader!

A keen-eyed reader spotted the following in Gregg Doyel's article on Brendan
Haywood:

"Ford scored two points, taking just three shots, in an NCAA tournament game against Kentucky as a UNC senior, the year he was named national player of the year. He was held to six points in the final game of his career, a loss in the 1978 national championship game."

That will come as some surprise to Gene Banks, Jim Spanarkel, Mike Gminski,
and Kenny Dennard, who were on the court for Duke in that game.

Nice to know someone besides us got Final Four stuff wrong!
