Remember the Tater Tot discussion we all had last summer? Well, how fitting that to kick things off this summer, I have great Tater Tot news!

Shammrog and I went to Hooters last night to discuss the increasing profit margins of widget manufacturers in South America, along with the declining and oft-ignored state of America's aging gumball and plastic ring dispensing machines.

Anyway, to our surprise (and delight), we were informed by our server that Hooters now has tater tots.

She came up and asked us, "Would you like to start off with some tater tots?"

"Excuse me?"

"Yes. We now have Tater Tots."

"I'm sorry. Did you say, 'Tater Tots'?"

"Yes. Tater Tots."

So, Shamm and I put in an order, and let me tell you what. Those tots are delicious! Served with sour cream, bacon bits, chives, and something else on the side.

I recommend them highly.

Just thought you all should know.

EJ and I had PLENTY of fun with that concept last night. At least 20 min. worth of bad puns.

#1 Tots in Atlanta have been those at the Vortex.

Are the Tots at Hooters better than those at the Vortex?

What options are there for condiments? I.e., how many of your poll options were available? Baked? Deep-fried?

Cheers,
Lavabe

The law can't touch me! I should have posted something worthy of an infraction for my 1,000th post. That would be the way to reach a milestone.

I don't know; never had the tots at the Vortex. But, Vortex has the best burgers anywhere! Been a few years...

I was surprised at the size of the tater tots. Seriously, Hooters could have fun marketing these and I think it would go over well. Or like chicken wings and spice levels, you could get your tots in a variety of sizes (A, B, C, DD, etc.)
