Former Miami player, now with redskins, gets shot in his home.

it looks like they're afraid he may have lost too much blood. Apparently, his femoral artery was severed, or at least damaged severely, and he lost a LOT of blood. Being a skins fan in the DC area, I've seen a LOT about this today. Really sad. New daughter. Looked like he'd really turned it around both on and off the field, and now this. How sad. My family's prayers go out to him and his family. I certainly hope to see him on the field again someday, but FAR more importantly, I hope he gets to see his daughter grow up.

Two break-ins in a week. And they shot him as he was leaving the bedroom to investigate. In a house full of people. After the trouble he had a couple years ago, you just have to wonder if somebody wasn't after him.

They're saying now that Sean's squeezed a doctor's hand on command, opened his eyes and showed facial expressions. He has a long way to go, of course, but that's great news. :D
