If not, make it a priority to do all three to make it a "full day." Jim Valvano. Someone on the radio mentioned him this morning so when I got to work, the first thing I did was to read his ESPY speech. Incredible.
There's so much wisdom in that speech. It's worth taking a few minutes to revisit and reflect on it today, tomorrow, etc. It will completely change your day for the better.

We've been discussing much about movies on this board. Has a movie ever been made about Valvano's life? If not, good Lord, why not? Seems it would make a great, inspiring movie.
