Riker spent most of his time sucking in his gut and playing second fiddle--Kirk for sure.

Riker was probably my least favorite character from TNG except for when Troy was dressed as a space cheerleader.

And there's the bell for round one. Kirk and Riker come out of their corners and OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Kirk lands an immediate blow to the collar bone of Riker!

Riker, gets back up, looking kind of wobbly! Kirk is honing in on WOAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Kirk lands a two-handed karate-chop to the base of the neck!

Down goes Riker! Down goes Riker!

Disclaimer: I am not a Star Trek/Wars aficionado.

I didn't like either one. Kirk was arrogant (which I guess you have to be) and would jump into bed with just about any girl (talk about a germ farm, oh wait I love James Bond. Strike the part of this comment about jumping into bed). Riker was a kiss up, plus I hated it when he would put his foot up on Data's chair and lean over him. If I was Data I'd have to say something, though Data was emotionless so it probably didn't matter to him.

I did like Picard. He was smart, intelligent, and cute as all get out. Yeah, I pick him! :D

And Denny Crane would have them both, first together and then individually, and then watch them go at it while he ordered room service and smoked his cigar. Alan Shore would be horrified, and then join him for breakfast and the cigar.

Kirk wins. I'm not sure this is even a fair question.

In the second TNG season episode where Q granted Riker god powers for awhile, I'd bump Riker up to a 50% chance against Kirk-- but only if Kirk was distracted by a belly-dancing blue chick.
