This board has proven to give me good advice, from how to avoid a weekend camping trip in triple digit weather to where to get my Maxima fixed, so I'm back again with another dilemma.
I'm sure most of you have seen my basketball website, SCACCHoops.com (http://www.scacchoops.com). I've had the site since 2003, and I still enjoy posting and maintaining the site. When I originally developed the site I had hoped it would be a money making venture, but I've only broke even. That's ok though, because the site is more of a hobby than anything else, and truly was created because my friends and I wanted to manage our own ACC Fantasy Basketball league. Admittedly, I've never truly marketed the site, but at the same time I never really wanted to put the money into it. I'm torn now as what I want to do with it.
I'd like to find a dedicated partner that is knowledgeable about the ACC to help with maintaining the front-end work, such as posting regularly, maintaining player information, etc while I maintain the actually coded website. If you're interested in doing such a thing, send me a PM and we can talk about it, but know that there would be no payment for this as long as the site is just breaking even.
The site right now lacks a niche, I think, and I'm curious what others think about it, so have it, give me some constructive feedback.
