. . . is where my business travels will take me to for a few days next week. Any recommendations on dining? My co-worker is vegetarian (she does eat seafood) so while I know the area is known for steak houses, other recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Chard

Makes sense to me - if the cows only eat grass and grain then the cows are vegetarian - hence thier beef will be vegetarian as well.

I'm a Nebraskan, not a Kansan, but I feel bad that you haven't gotten any advice yet!

What ARE Rocky Mountain Oysters? Last week, I was with my friends in Atlanta and they insisted I try a platter at this dive off of Ponce de Leon St. They were so tasty! I loved them! I ate one after the other after the other after the other, often licking the sauce off of them before swishing them around in my mouth to take in all the flavor, then chewing and swallowing them. Deeeeeeeeeeeeelicious! Though my friends didn't seem to care for them for whatever reason, I ordered up another platter just for myself and ate the whole thing.
My friend Steve would only say, "That took balls man." Okay, whatever. I was just hungry.

P.S. Just kidding.

Great post. I hope you realize you can be sued for making a guy laugh that hard with a mouthful of beer.
