I had some water damage in the kitchen and need to replace the flooring. Has anyone had experience with cork flooring in the kitchen? Apparently, it is much softer and easier on the feet than laminate or hardwood, but I am concerned about durability. Any comments or advice would be appreciated! :)

I've had three cork kitchen floors (in different houses) and I highly recommend them. They are extremely durable (not to say a dropped knife won't cut them if it goes blade into the floor) and the newer versions have a good sealant that makes them easy to clean. We mop them when dirty and then steam clean them. Very easy on the legs and back; all our subfloors have been concrete and the cork has saved me from fatigue many times.
Anywhere we go from here, there will be a cork kitchen floor.
