A heads up: one of my favorite jazz musicians will be at Duke on Friday the 16th playing with the Duke jazz ensemble. I saw him play in Asheville a couple of years ago and it was really really cool. He is Jamaican and does a lot of Bob Marley and reggae interpretations on piano.

Anyways, I am thinking on heading up there if I can find a date, or maybe even solo! Anyone know of a cool bar/eatery (assuming the first scenario!) that might be a good place to eat dinner, or hang out after its over?

Nana's is pretty darned cool. Very hipster even though it has been there a while.
