This article (http://www.citizen-times.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=200990325044) from the Asheville paper talks about Mason Plumlee being snubbed from the 1st team All-NC team team, even though he made the McD's All American team. He did receive a nod for the 2nd team, however.
