who is the woman that drives up in the car at the end of the "mirror ball" episode? I mean the character, not the actress. I seem to recall something about his old car, but I didn't remember what happened to it or her. Have we seen her in a previous episode or something? I tried the "Life" message boards and website, but it wasn't much help. The episode synopsis just says that a woman drives up in his car. Doesn't tell us anything about her. Anybody know?
Thanks.

I've been wondering the same thing myself! When she drove up, I kept going, "Who the heck IS that?" I don't remember seeing her before. And why were they waiting randomly on the side of the road? They couldn't meet at his house, or in a parking lot somewhere? That whole bit was just weird and confusing, IMO.

I had the exact same question that y'all did. Thankfully, Alan Sepinwall's blog came to the rescue. Here is his review of the Life "MirrorBall (http://sepinwall.blogspot.com/2009/02/life-mirror-ball-big-bapple.html)" episode. In the comments at 2:33 and 3:09, he says that Crews gives her his car when he is on the run in the first season finale.
Alan is a TV writer and writes great reviews of some of my favorite shows like 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights, Chuck and The Office. His Mad Men reviews are legendary and I find out several things about each episode that I had missed.

Ah, fabulous link, thanks! The Television Without Pity forums are also a good source of info, though that also involves wading through 400+ page discussion threads, so the blog is very helpful.

Hope it's not true that Life is losing ground. Just when we like a show....

Both Life and Chuck. NBC is dying on the vine other than Thursday night. Life is up against Lost and Chuck is up against HIMYM and House. I suspect you'll see a purge of NBC shows other than the L&O franchises and the Thursday night 9:00 Eastern hour this summer to make way for Jay and the reality shows.
