I found out last night that this year's MGH team jersey's for the Boston Marathon are Columbia blue. I think we all know what that really means.
Suggestions?
One thing I thought of was trying to collect signatures of past and present Duke athletes, perhaps even on blue paper, and pasting them to my back. Anybody know any Duke athletes well enough to get me some signatures?
(I look absolutely horrible in Columbia blue, by the way, not that looks matter in a marathon, but I'll look like I'm ill before I even start running  ;) )

Dye the jersey Prussian blue, number 287 in the Pantone® Color Matching System.

Options:
1- Wear last years jersey 'by mistake' if you have one
2- Dye this years jersey ('oops washed it with new jeans and the blue ran')
3- Run topless

Ha... I was going to suggest #s 1 & 2, but not 3. LOL ;)

Do you need us to come to Boston and have an ooops moment with the proper shade of blue dye? You could then blame it on visitors and not enough time to "fix" it?

Dye the jersey Prussian blue, number 287 in the Pantone® Color Matching System.
Make sure you avoid Pantone 286; around these parts it's known as Kenrucky Blue.

I'd say wear it, but paint your body the correct color blue. This might interfere with sweating though. At least you'd leave a pretty trail to follow.

Yep, I thought it was intentional too.

I don't think there's any oops about it, I'm sure noone on the team would have a problem with me dying the jersey the right color blue. Great idea! Thanks all who suggested it.:)

And you will stand out from the crowd! Although not as much as if you chose option 3..... :D (I can't believe Windsor suggested that!)

The letter to the RIGHT of "t" would have been a better typo.;)

Well, if dyeing the shirt doesn't work, maybe you'll have to adorn it with a message along the lines of, "I'm so determined to fight cancer that I'm willing to wear this hideous shirt." :D
