For all you fellow office folk:

On Fridays, do people repeatedly tell you it's Friday?

"Hey, how are you Gregory?"

"Fine. It's Friday!"

"Susan, good morning. Oh good, there's coffee."

"Yes, and it's Friday!"

------

"Bob, you don't look so good. You feel okay?"

"Well, truthfully, I'm having severe chest pains and rectal bleeding. But it's Friday!"

Frankly, I'm tired of hearing about it. Thank God it's Friday.

Jeans Day for us with a donation to the Susan G Komen Foundation and if you wore pink. I have very little pink in my wardrobe, in fact only on a couple t-shirts from road race for the Susan G Komen Foundation, i.e. the Race for the Cure. Nobody asked me about my lack of obvious pink(I wore the t-shirt underneath another shirt). Since nobody called me on it, I decided to leave early to catch some baseball.

For our office today, it's a "Sports Theme" day, so everyone was supposed to come decked out in their favorite team's paraphanalia - guess what lovely shade of blue I'm sporting? :D Shorts, sweatshirt, hat - I'm lovin' it.

Fridays I don't mind. Complaining about Mondays I hate. I've been known to say somthing like "We get 168 hours every week. How is one 24 hour segment worse than another?"
