Not enough poll options to list all the teams, and I'm so not up to creating separate polls for each division. So, pick your division and discuss further. No need to identify a specific team.
Please note: this poll will expire in one week. Have fun.
P.S. Hail to the Redskins!

I'm thinking AFC South. The Titans, Colts and Jags all have a shot. The Colts will recover and start to gel, and the Jags will turn it around. By the end of the season, that division will be brutal. Even the Texans are starting to look better.
I love the NFC East, but they tend to beat the you-know-what out of each other during the season, and:
Dallas can't seem to win a playoff game despite their obvious talent, and they're starting to come apart at the seams (just look at T.O. and Pacman...if Jones gets suspended and Newman misses six weeks with his hernia, they'll have no secondary).
I don't see the Giants repeating...too hard not to have one bad game in two consecutive years in the playoffs.
The Eagles seem to be collapsing, especially if Westbrook is as hurt as they say he is.
While I love my Skins, I don't think they're QUITE there yet. We'll see how they finish the first half of the season. Zorn's made big gambles twice, and they've paid off, but not EVERY gamble like that will work, and the playoffs bring with them SO much pressure for a first year, first time coach with a new system.

Well, right now the NFC has the storngest teams overall, any of the top 3 could make it. I hope I'm totally wrong though, because I think this can be Carolina's year.

A question to all of those that thought the NFC East would be represented in the Superbowl: How does Romo's broken finger affect your vote? You still think the NFC is going to represent or...

If the representative were from the NFC East, I doubt it would be the cowboys. I mean, did we really think this was the year they were going to finally win a playoff game after 12 years? ;) But to answer your question, yes, I think Romo's finger affects their chances somewhat, especially with Brad Johnson in there. He's 40 now, and doesn't move like he used to. The biggest problem is that their offensive line, which many thought would be one of the better units in the league, has been underachieving badly. Romo's been running for his life and getting pounded. Brad won't last long if that continues. What affects their chances even more are the injuries to Newman and Felix Jones, and the indefinite suspension of the other Jones. That decimates their secondary (Newman and Jones were arguably their best secondary players) and takes away their big play ability to change field position on kickoffs and punts, which they'll need even more with Romo and Felix Jones injured. And now they're giving up a LOT to bring in the other Roy Williams, who has the potential to help TO implode the team. And, the games Romo, Newman, and the Jones duo will miss include division road games against the Giants and Skins, and a home game against the Bucs. With all their personnel losses, a road game against the Rams might not be a picnic either. This has the potential to ruin their season. If they go 1-3 over the next four, they'll be in real trouble, especially if they lose both the division games. And there's no assurance that Romo will be able to grip the ball properly in just four weeks. He may be out longer. The pinky finger on the throwing hand is a BAD one to injure. The thumb is the only one that's really worse. You can kind of make up for one of the other three, but the pinky and thumb are REALLY important for ball control.
