What a great way to start a morning - watching the sun rise over beautiful scenery. How do you know the tree is 400 years old - did you plant it? :D

You DO realize that this comment may knock this thread into the netherworld of the PPB?;)

Dare I say it, we only saw the left side of the tree. Then again, it's leaning right.;)

Does that mean the tree will be 500 years old when we leave Iraq?

GREAT signature, rthomas!!

"Geologists in West Virginia have determined that, "life is old there, older than the trees, but younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze." Scientists from elsewhere have pointed out that (1) life is older than most trees but younger than the mountains everywhere else on Earth, too; and (2) the mountains really shouldn't be blowing at all.
