According to Oak Hill coach Steve Smith, Duke is Patrick Patterson’s third choice. He’ll announce today, most likely for Florida if the general sentiment proves correct.

We’d love for that to be wrong, of course, and if Patterson came to Duke, we’d be thrilled.  But if he doesn’t, he’ll do well, Florida will do well, and Duke will be fine as well.   Here’s Mike DeCourcy on how the family has handled the recruiting process.
