We’re sorry to see this – DeMarcus Nelson was waived by the Bulls. He played for the Warriors for part of last season and was signed by the Bulls at the end of the season, but didn’t play for them.

It’s amazing to us that anyone would even compare Cameron and the Dean Dome, but we think Gary Parish pretty much gets it right: there’s no comparison. For one thing, you can’t hear shoes squeak on the radio from Cameron, which is a regular feature of games in the Smith Center.

One of the cooler things to come out of the ACC football media extravaganza was Vince Oghabaase’s statement that it was now "cool" to be a Duke football player. It definitely hasn’t always been the case. David Cutcliffe is grooving on the transistion.
