Although Duke is clearly improved, the improvement isn’t reflected yet in the win column. But the team is more competitive, and they have found a rising star in Thaddeus Lewis, who is on target to break some pretty impressive records. Already.

Another bad break for Virginia Tech as freshman Terrell Bell has surgery for a hernia. He’s going to miss 1-2 months and that could set him back considerably.

More details about the violations at Indiana were released Tuesday, and none of it is particularly good news for Kelvin Sampson, although he’s not getting fired or anything. In a related note, Rob Senderoff, the assistant who arranged the calls, resigned.

Mike Lee, who has been helping out with our auctions, reports that he’s having a serious problem with his server and that it’s affecting the current auction for Shaw tickets. He’s working diligently to fix it but if you have a bid in, just be aware that there is a hiccup.
