Shelden Williams appears to be making the most of his chance in Boston with Glen Davis out after breaking his thumb in a fight.  So does Dahntay Jones, who signed with Indiana to provide defense, but has moved past Brandon Rush to start and is providing some offense as well.

Here’s another nice early review of Shelden Williams and his role with the Boston Celtics. Everyone sounds pleased.  Check out his early stat line: 19.6 minutes, 8.6 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.0 blocks, 50% shooting, and 85.7% from the line.  He also got a double-double against the Bulls.
