The lottery was held Tuesday night and while both Ben Simmons and Brandon Ingram would like to play for the Lakers, only one can be drafted by LA.
Right now, it looks like it's Ingram's as Simmons is still seen as the top pick overall by most people and therefore likely to end up drafted by Philly.

Either way, Ingram is likely to get a Duke teammate or two: Philly has Jahlil Okafor and Elton Brand of course and LA has Ryan Kelly.
Both rosters are full of guys who are marginal NBA players, or young players or guys past their sell-by date.
The Lakers have six guys 29 or older including Metta World Peace and Roy Hibbert, both of whom are on the backside of their respective careers. Brandon Bass is 31.
Of the younger players, Kelly is 25, Tarik Black is 24, Anthony Brown, Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance are all 23, Julius Randle is finally of legal drinking age at 21 - strip clubs here he comes - and D'Angelo Russell is just 20.
Incidentally, we're not picking on Randle. Strip clubs are a way of life in the NBA and now he can go with the rest of the team. Strike up the band.
And by the way, if LA had fallen out of the top three their pick would have gone to....Philadelphia.
As for the Sixers, it's mostly young and unproven players. Brand, who is basically Philly's version of Crash Davis for Okafor's Nuke LaLoosh, is 37.
Carl Landry is 32.
Other than that, it's very young team.
Wake's Ish Smith is 27. Everyone else, including UNC's Kendall Marshall (25), Syracuse's Jerami Grant and Okafor (20) is under the age of 25.
Either situation would be a good fit for Ingram though Philly fans can be a nightmare and LA is a real challenge because of the nightlife.
Coming from Kinston to Duke is one thing. Going to either Philly or LA just a year later?
Ingram seems like a very grounded young guy but as Okafor showed this year before he steadied himself, it can be a challenge.
Every draft has a wildcard though and this year it's likely to be the Celtics.
Boston owns the 3rd, 16th, 23rd, 31st, 35th, 45th, 51st and 58th pick.
From here that screams trade. They'll probably keep the 3rd pick - they could pick up Buddy Hield. Add him to Isaiah Thomas and Marcus Smart and Avery Bradley and you have a potentially outstanding backcourt (we'd love to see Hield and Smart together).
Otherwise though the Celtics have eight picks to play with and we don't think they're looking at bringing in eight rookies. Watch for a deal and possibly a blockbuster.
Boston can look around the league. Some guys are off-limits - Steph Curry, Russell Westbrook, Khalil Leonard, LeBron and Kyrie Irving - but otherwise?
When they know who they're after - for argument's sake say DeMarcus Cousins or either Ben Simmons or Brandon Ingram - they can absolutely make a trade work. Between draft picks and tradeable players, Boston is in the catbird seat for 2016.
He's unlikely to have much input, but long-time Celtic and current announcer Cedric "Cornbread" Maxwell would like Boston to end up with Ingram and thinks he could be a transcendent player.
