As for the UCLA basketball program, the school will dry the floor as much as possible and see if any of it can be salvaged, but that's hard to imagine.
The tops of the slats that make up the floor are polished and possibly waterproofed, but we're pretty sure that no one ever conceived of a need to protect the sides and the bottoms, and that will probably be the end of the current floor.
The good news is that most of UCLA's remarkable collection of memorabilia was saved by "students and volunteers" who got it out before damage could occur.
