And Mary Willingham.

Yes, the reading specialist who has bobbed in and out of this story, is back in again as she's filed suit against the university for what she calls a "hostile work environment."

Specifically, Willingham accuses her ex-boss at the Center for Student Success and Academic Counseling, Associate Dean Harold Woodard, of retaliating after she began to speak with the N&O's Dan Cane.

The interesting thing about the suit is that Willingham, through her attorneys, can now subpoena people and documents.

Theoretically, she can put Woodard on the stand, every person who worked with athletes and, conceivably, former A.D. Dick Baddour, former coaches Bill Guthridge and Matt Doherty, and current coach Roy Williams, not to mention former football coach Butch Davis and Black Santa, aka John Blake.

UNC is going to settle this case so fast it'll make your head spin.
