The O' Bannon trial wrapped up testimony on Friday, and according to Michael McCann, an authority on sports law, the outcome is still unclear.

He said the NCAA had a strong close and that he wasn't sure that O'Bannon has not proved his anti-trust claim because the people who are injured, according to McCann, are not athletes but those watch them play.
The judge also did something pretty different and ended the case by questioning attorneys (the case is not going to a jury and will be decided by the judge).
Anyway, this is a pretty good summation of where things stand. Expect a decision in about a month or so.
